  I am really impressed by how quickly Jordan was able to set up my new accounts and direct deposit. She was knowledgeable and capable. And I am really happy to be getting higher interest rates!

  I started a new account at CCCU after they were highly recommended to me. This office was well laid out and conscientious about additional measures due to COVID-19. Each employee there was efficient and had great interpersonal skills. I'm very glad I went and look forward to working with them in the future!

  Jordan did an outstanding job for me. I refinance a Pontoon and basically did everything online. The whole process was completed in 1 day. Great place to do banking

  Not sure who I was in contact with I was on the phone thru member services but I had a very poor experience the woman on the other end was very rude about an error made on the banks end and even hung up on me! Especially during a time like this with the pandemic every cent counts! The bank had made an error in charging a total of 6 nsf fees the woman said there was an error and she would remove the first four but the second two she could not but as she stated I’m lucky enough because they can normally only do two (ummm excuse me I’m lucky you guys made a mistake) and I wouldn’t be upset if this was my own fault but the only reason my account dropped below is because of the nsf fees of $225dollars! Terrible customer service! Honestly I’ve never had any issues before this and love banking with them but this woman in particular was a joke. Never been treated so poorly for a company’s mistake!

  Jordan has a very awesome computer monitor. Made the process and experience pleasant to see her typing with feedback via said monitor. Bougie credit union that is my style, 10/10 would open up another account!

  I've always had a great experience when I've come in here. Kind, timely staff. There is never a wait. I assume because they are newer but I really appreciate that!
