  Jeff and his team have been fantastic during all three of the times I’ve needed a mortgage. I will never use anyone else. Once you’ve worked with Jeff and his team, you will understand why. They are professional, very helpful and will take the time to explain everything and answer any and all of your questions. I have always felt like they were a partner of mine in these transactions and that is very reassuring during a huge event like financing a home. If you want someone who will work on your behalf and do so in the most professional/friendly/helpful way, you can not do better than Jeff and his team! They are truly the best in the business.

  Jeff and his team made my first home buying experience incredibly easy. He was very knowledgeable about the type of loan I used and gave me lots of advice along the way. Everything was done very thoroughly and they did all the leg work for me. Jeff went over every number and every document with me in great detail at least twice, either in person, over the phone or through email. He was also able to get everything squared away in 30 days flat from the time I wondered if buying was a good option to the day we closed. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home!

  Wow what a great experience we have known Jeff and his team for five years now and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They did an amazing job for us on our first purchase from start to finish and now on a refinance to lock in the lowest rate in years. Jeff knows his stuff and will be upfront and honest with you on what's the best solution for your mortgage needs. The team works super fast and efficient to get the best for the customer. I couldn't recommend him more from the beginning even after the paperwork is signed he stays in contact because he cares.   Jeff and his team were some of the most compassionate and patient people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. they were always supportive and understanding of my needs.   Jeff helped me purchase my last two houses. He was the only loan officer to come up with a solution to buy my previous house (and I consulted with one of the more prominent loan officers in the TC who has a weekly radio show) and I wouldn’t work with anyone else because of it. He is extremely knowledgeable and on top of that, he provides outstanding service. His support team is outstanding. You won’t work with kinder or my professional people than Anne and Rudy. I took out my first loan with the help of Edina Realty and they do not compare to Jeff and his team. The underwriting process was much smoother with Jeff. They anticipate what they underwriter will need and prepare you proactively so you are not scrambling right before closing. I can’t recommend this team enough. You will receive the same outstanding service regardless of your loan amount.

  My experience was decent. It was fast and painless for the most part which was nice since it was our first time buying a house. My issue was primarily that I wish I was treated with the same respect as my male counterpart for a house that my boyfriend and I bought together as co-owners. I noticed that he was always given documents via email or mail that I would have to ask be sent to me as well (because despite the fact that i am a woman, I am also a 50% co-owner). I had friends tell me they faced similar sexism when buying their first house, but I guess I hoped for better from this company since it had such good reviews. Edit: thanks Jeff, for your response. I updated my review and appreciate you taking the time to resolve the issue for me. That greatly increase my respect for you and your team. I’m happy to know it was simply an admin issue and will not be taking it personally going forward. Since my boyfriend and I are not currently married, we manage our individual finances and it is nice to have separate copies of documents. Thanks again!

  Nijhum, I am sorry you were left feeling this way. Unfortunately, our system defaults to sending all mailings & correspondence to the first-listed borrower. In all honesty, had the names been flipped in order, everything would have gone to you instead. It was never about gender, it is simply clerical. To resolve this moving forward, we have created your own account in our system, so you will receive all mailings & correspondence from now on. Again, I am sorry if you were ever meant to feel like you weren't a valuable part of the transaction, because you absolutely were. We hope you enjoy the new year in your new home!
