      There is a blonde haired lady that works at the first desk in the main branch (I HATE that I don't remember her name!) and she has ALWAYS been the most friendly, helpful person at any branch of this bank!! There are a select few people that are also friendly but for the most part this is the snootiest bank I have ever done business with. This is why I switched banks.
