  This is a great bank with a real hometown feel. They know your name when you walk in, and are always thinking of ways to build a better relationship with their customers while offering up to date banking options. I would rather bank with them than one of the "big names" any day!

  Our family business has been banking here for a couple of years, and we have been pleased with our experience. The staff are incredible- personable, friendly, and professional. I enjoy seeing them weekly and am always impressed with their level of care for their customers.

  Thank you to Jared who has been phenomenal to work with! Jared stepped in to help one of our clients to secure financing for a commercial construction project. He went above and beyond with his communication between the client and our construction company as well as going above and beyond with his efforts to secure financing. Without Jared stepping in I don't know if this project would have been made possible. We look forward to continuing to refer Jared to future clients!

  I absolutely love banking with Citizens State Bank! Their “Get More Checking” gives me piece of mind with their included road side assistance. I get great banking services and reassurance with all my traveling while on the road! I highly recommend banking with Citizens as their personnel and services go above and beyond for me!

  Citizens State Bank has a small town feel. I have been with citizens state bank for several years. When I walk into the bank they address you with your 1st name and a friendly cheerful greeting. I recommend citizens state bank every chance I get.
