  I’m giving the one star to the Consumer Customer Service Department. I called around 4:15pm and the customer service representative dropped my call. So I call back and then Rob answered. Dear Rob, I hope that you get fired from your job. I know that it probably won’t happen, but I do not appreciate you raising your voice at me, and insinuating that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Just because you have worked with the bank for “7 years” does not mean you know everything. There is always something changing in the banking industry. Instead of transferring me to a Supervisor like I asked, you sent me to the customer queue line which I had to wait another 20-30 minutes to reach someone else. Had you done your research throughly you would have seen addition notes, that what I was saying was true. Thank you to the woman you took my call, created a case for me and helping me with my dilemma.

  I don't like the hours that this bank has,it's very limited to have access to your account because of the they're hours!!😡

  The staff at this bank is rude especially the teller Rosemary. Came here to cash a check and you'd think I was withdrawing a million dollars . This bank is a JOKE!

  I am forever put on hold no matter what phone number I call. They will not attend to calls. I am out of state, I cannot walk into a branch and speak to them in person. Terrible dedication to customer service.

  My wife and I were visiting from out of town and we needed to get some change as in breaking a couple of $100 bills and the bank would not do it for us try to get a cash advance on our credit card and they don't offer that service I would not suggest banking at this place seems like they're all about fees not very good customer service either not willing to help out people
