  We have banked with Citizens State Bank since we first moved to Wisconsin 7 years ago. They are awesome in every way. We have the full range of personal accounts and services with them. Their customer service is great. I highly recommend them!

  The workers are dedicated to their job, make it a priority to understand your needs, and make you feel comfortable. Tony Tangwall and Hannah Johnson were extremely helpful in setting up an account that works best for me and my wife's interests. I would highly recommend Citizens State Bank.

  Citizen's State Bank in Onalaska is the best bank around. They always greet you with a smile and know who you are. Whether it's cashing a check, making a deposit or exchanging U.S. dollars for foreign currency, they do everything seamlessly. They're always there to answer my calls and emails if anything comes up that I have a question about. Leah, Lacy, Autumn, Rachel and everyone there are the best!

  I recommend Citizen’s State Bank to anyone and everyone. I usually go to the Onalaska one because it is super close and convenient for me! I’m always welcomed by everyone at the office with a smile. They are all so kind, helpful, personable, and it’s such a positive environment! 10/10 recommend :)

  We have been customers of Citizens State Bank for quite a few years now. Great service and great people! I asked for them to get on Apple Pay... took some time but they got it done! 😉 Keep doing great things!

  I walk in the Onalaska location, I can't recall not being greeted by name. Even the loan officers say hello. Friendly staff, patient and helpful when I call in with questions. I'm treated like a valued customer and the employees even take interest in my personal life. I never leave the lobby or hang up without hearing, "have a good day, Seth."
