When we were ready to start looking and go through the mortgage process, Mirachelle worked with us and helped us achieve a very seamless process.   We recently brought a house in Fort Lee and our experience with Citizens Mortgage was great. Mirachelle was there for us the entire process.   Excellent experience! This was our first home & we needed a lot of hand holding. Mirachelle at Citizens Mortgage Corp. was exactly what a first time home buyer needs. Patient, knowledgeable, efficient (pre approvals in hours, prompt email responses, returns calls), kept us up to date on all changes, friendly and easy to work with.   Mirachelle is very Professional and Informative!! She's always available when needed. I am very happy to have met her. Their product are the best!! I have met with many mortgage brokers and Mirachelle is the only mortgage broker I've come accross that works with all different types of credit scores and income. With her the down payment is significantly low. If you wish to own a home and think you don't qualify, I suggest you contact Mirachelle at Citizens Mortgage Corp. before you say the phrase "I don't" qualify. I look forward to many deal closings with her!!!!

  After dealing with the headache of getting a mortgage through a major bank, my realtor had recommended that I reach out to Citizen's Mortgage. Through CM, I was surprised at how much easier the process was and overall it was less painful/a positive experience than dealing with a big bank. I would highly recommend this company, to anyone that is looking into a mortgage.
