      Love the people and service. ATM not so much. Very difficult to make it work. See lots of other people struggle with it, too. They will work with you on any problem you may have. Great bank.

      The most UNFRIENDLY RUDE WOMAN EVER MET working drive through just now at Alma branch...Definitely doesn't need to be dealing with the customers..Zero Customer service Manners...The Worst banking service ever seen....She must HATE HER JOB.....I will stay with the Van Buren branch....EVERYONE at Van.Buren branch are THE GREATEST ..

      Love it, yeah they charge NSF fees like everybody else but they do not charge you a daily rate for being over drawn like U.S. Bank and many others. staff is very friendly here and that ATM is easily accessible is just all-around good place to bank
