      Citizens itself is fine. but this branch specifically has really lazy workers who only want to do the bare minimum for you. Customer service here defiantly needs some help.

      This branch has the most laziest bank associates every if you have a account your treated terrible the associates are only interested in sitting in they chairs and opening new accounts if your a simple account holder trying to make a withdrawal your told to use the atm which I would've been glad to do so but I was trying to make a large withdrawal of over 1300 dollar so I wouldn't be able to use the atm for such a large withdrawal being a account holder I feel that kind of treatment is uncalled for I would like the district manager see this review and changes the way this branch does business maybe the removal of the chairs would help alot
