      Called ahead to ask to withdraw a large sum of money. They said they had it. Showed up and they said "we're uncomfortable now withdrawing this amount". I had my ID, my account on my phone showing my balance and my withdrawal amount of only 10% of my account but now after I show up they're "uncomfortable". Should've told me on the phone you can't so I can go to a full branch.
