  My husband and I called the branch upon opening and were told by your Associate, Ms Khatia Robinson, to come in anytime and she would assist us. We arrived, we were greeted promptly and assisted by Ms Robinson. We were so thrilled with the time, attention and customer centric service we received from Ms Robinson. She helped guide us through the entire process. When we left we had accomplished all we came in to do and left having a new friend! Thank you to Ms Robinson and American Heritage!

  I have my car loan and a savings account with American Heritage Credit Union and I make my regular monthly payments at the Belmar Branch. One of the managers helped me with my payment and realized that I had a large interest rate and let me know that I was able to internally refinance my car through them extremely easily. I sat down with a loan officer and completed my refinance there in the branch in around10 minutes. They sent all forms that were required to be signed electronically through docusign. It saved me money and time and I am extremely grateful that they were looking out for my best interest and brought it to my attention.

  After dealing with a wonderful lady, Liz Pezotta, at the Red Lion branch in Philadelphia for years, I met with Dana yesterday. She is the Bellmawr NJ Branch Manager. We had an awesome experience. Dana made us feel at home. The transaction was seamless. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for a job well done.   The Bellmawr branch is very conveniently located to my home. I opened my account when I worked in Philly but live in NJ. Since the branch opening I have done all my banking there. The tellers and office workers are always very polite and helpful with all my needs. The rates are better than most local banks and I love the online banking and bill pay. Their mortgage team is very knowledgeable and walk you through the entire process. I highly recommend American Heritage Credit Union.
