      This is the worst bank, possibly ever. You would think banks have money, right? Not this one... any other bank in the country, you can walk in, exchange currency, and walk out. At this establishment, you have to be Citizen customer to partake in any banking services like simple currency exchange! The management is competent, the employees are rude, and my experience at this branch has eliminated Citizen's from my banking future.
