Worse experience ever! The branch manager Mona Yagnik racially profiled me. Very rude and unprofessional. She was very aggressive. No type of people skills. Also the after hours 800 customer service has extremely long hold times and transfer you to every other department except what you need.

Every visit I'm greeted with smiles and courtesy during my transactions! I've been banking here for about 3 years both personal and business and the entire staff has been nothing short of GREAT with everything!

No problems banking here. The bank is now outside in a RV in the parking lot because of a fire. They're still repairing the damage in the Acme.
