      This branch is amazing! Friendly staff. Great service. I love Citizens and couldn't imagine working with anyone else. The location is incredibly convenient as well, since I work right up the road and go into that Acme all the time for groceries. 10/10!

      So done. Once I get my paycheck I'm taking it all and closing my account. Can't believe they let a transaction go through that they wouldn't let go through any other time that there isn't enough money in it. Why now all of sudden? Banks are obselete anyways. I'll happily pay the $4 fee for prepaid cards over dealing with this BS ever again.

      Friendly service and free notary! I have not seen the high fees some people have complained about in reviews. They are at or below market. This is a great bank and this branch is a great branch!

      Sad that I won't be going to this bank anymore. They change employees all the time and I already filled out a survey about a Chris that works there harassing me and once again he did it again. All I wanted to do is make a deposit. It's a shame I've been going there for over 20 years.

      I tried to open account on Saturday was told they had a business account opening so they couldn't help me come back Monday I go back to open today said the woman was on phone and it be 10 minutes I walked out after 35 minutes went to 53rd and was helped right away sorry Citizen back your loss i was trying to deposit $40.000 dollar insurance check your loss .After thinking about it if this is the way you treat new customers I wouldn't want to do business with you anyway

      I dont personally like charterone aka citizens bank, because of their exuberant fees, low or no interest bearing accounts, and policys that are not consumer friendly. Trust me find another financial institution for your own sake.
