On the 31st of July I went to Citizens Bank at this location to withdraw money I told the agent that I had inadvertently shredded my ATM card. The agent explain to me that I needed to deposit some money in the account at least once a month to avoid service charges and that she would help me with the service charges. Unfortunately I am no longer with Citizens Bank I am with a credit union which was a big mistake on my part. The agent sent me to customer service where I can get a new ATM card. Customer service explain to me the same situation I explained to her how I pay my bills and how I had an uninteresting account at one time. She was very instrumental and helping me set up a bill playing plan so I would not have a non interest savings account. I want to thank them for their help in their support and the first chance I get I will be returning back to Citizens Bank. Nathaniel Petty
