      The staff was fantastic they treat you like you're their best friend however citizens the bank could use a makeover like the downtown branch offices the staff in Roxbury deserves much better

      I usually use the out door ATM when I need to do some quick banking. However today the machine was too full of $ to accept my deposit. So I had to head indoors to complete my transaction. Upon doing so I was politely greeted by not only the security officer but by what appeared to be the bank Manager as well (nametag = Ann). We exchanged some positive encouraging words. That experience set my entire day in a positive forward motion. I honestly apreciate having kind professionals serving my community! ROXBURY ROCKS and so do the staff at our Citizens bank!!!
