  Worst bank I’ve ever been to. I’ve waited over 1 month for them to reprint me a debit card because they misspelled my name on the original one. They banker in training Samir verbatim told me he would “terrorize my account” if I don’t pronounce his name right. He’s honestly a risk to members personal accounts and they are sloppy with people’s personal information. They’ve claimed they’ve had numerous people in training and the line is always out the door. Honestly my biggest fear is somebody like Samir having access to my accounts. Citizens bank, please do something about this. I’ve spoken with Christine at this location and she always has some sort of justification for him. Her organizational skills are a whole other monster I’m not willing to get into. Please do something about your employees citizens bank. Huntington bank does not treat their customers like this. I made the mistake of opening my business account with you guys which I will be closing ASAP!!! Beware of this place.

  Worst branch EVER! Staff is SLOW and VERY RUDE. HORRIBLE customer service. Branch manager is no help just full of excuses. Needs to be closed down!!!! Will not go back, I will go 5 miles out of my way rather than come here

  The branch manager, Mahfuja, is willing to take the time to understand the concerns of her clients and do what's necessary to correct their problems. This is the type of branch you will want to patron if you are having any sort of issue with your banking and they will take care of you.

  They close the lobby 10 minutes earlier than what they are supposed to close!!!!!

  The tellers are friendly but lack some banking knowledge that may cost you time & money! Beware. The manager was not willing to assist me with the issue so I had to call customer service. Disappointing.

  If I could give negative stars I would. I show up right at 4:29 and he manager or whoever the mustache guy is locked the door on me.

  one of the worst branches I've ever seen. manager rude, talking without looking to you, and talks over you ....

  I was there the other day, people are very nice, both the bankers and the tellers!
