Jing Ma1I wanted to get some quarters and there were a huge crowd in BoA which is next to them so I went to Citizens. Guess what, I was told that I couldn't get quarters from them if I didn't have their bank account, even though I had cash. What can I say, I'll never have your account. I've been to many different banks to exchange for quarters using cash and no one else ever asked me whether I had their account or not. So I guess they don't have customers for a reason.
