  Applied for the PPP loan on April 6 as soon as Citizens made application available. Despite continual follow up emails and calls to Citizens, I still have not been provided the current status of my loan. The last email I received said that Citizens will inform customers on April 16 who did not get the loan. It is now the afternoon of April 17 and I have not had any update or contact with the loan department.

  Predatory practices. Tried to mitigate security concerns on a card by getting a replacement card. Got duped into signing up for a new credit card instead because the employee offered it as the normal routine to mitigating security issues. Awful experience. Go to Bank of America up the street.

  Absolutely terrible. They've sent my information to the wrong address multiple times, sending them my pin number and refusing to change my address or create a new pin at the branch. Absolutely the worst banking experiences I've ever had happen here. Do not choose this bank.

  Will not exchange bills for quarters unless you have an account, even if you take the money out of their ATM and pay the $3 fee. So if you need quarters for laundry, this is not the place!
