  Citizens Bank is my Favorite Banking Institution For The Exceptional Services and there Family Like Atmosphere inside the Branch. With Drive Thru Banking ATM Services & There Mobile Banking is Second To None With Zelle Free of Service. Love Being able to Call There Number and Speak to a Live Representative. If You Enjoy Fast Friendly Service And All They Have to Offer I Highly Recommend Stopping In and Enjoy Banking Each Associate and Banker Is Super Helpful and very Welcoming. They Really Care About you as a Person rather than just an Account Number. Thank You Citizens Bank for Setting the Bar High and Living up to It.

  Known issue for months that the atm is broken. It's eaten my card twice now. This time after hours so I have to drive back first thing in the morning to retrieve my card. Take some pride in your branch and get it fixed. Will not be using this location ever again

  3 days in a row... need to make an ATM deposit... "Deposit not available"... Big problem...

  Horrible! The customer service rep Christina Francisco was awful. I do wire transfers all the time with other branches and know what to look for. She was sloppy and did not want to be corrected, well...I don't have time to keep coming to the bank to fix their mistakes so I had to ensure she did everything correctly, dont let these people make it seem they are doing you a gavor, its my money and they should do their job or go elsewhere....but bottom line is this branch is terrible. No eye contact and don't listen to customers.

  The workers at this bank are okay. They talk waaaaay too much and dont take no for an answer. The worst part is their atm though. It's always broken in some way. Out of money, blue screened, covered in bugs, can't deposit because the slot doesn't open, any number of problems.

  I went in there on Monday new to this bank and the teller who helped me had no idea what she was talking about. Gave me the wrong information about check deposits. I am really upset with her stupidity. Closing my account.
