Went to this branch to review some charges on my account I was approached by Erica the banker who gladly took me in her office to resolve my issues. It didn't take long and she took care of me efficiently.

So far my opinion of this bank is not based on this local branch, but the process of opening an account online, receiving a debit card, activating online banking and customer service. Everything thus far has fallen so far short of my expectations, if it wasn't for the promise of $400 after my first direct deposit, this account would already be closed.

This bank is outdated! They will keep your check on hold for 8 days for no reason and this is regular practise! Customer support is useless.
