  My brother end up homeless and almost committed suicide after these people held his rent and food money for more than 10 days they ruined his bday and messed up his mental health and the funny part is that they did it bc he is black and they are “white supremacy’s “

  I brought in a bag of change that wasn't rolled and these people treated me like any other. I thought they would be mad and I wasn't even sure if they would take it because it wasn't rolled. They did.. with a smile. Ender was my teller and even when a few customers came in he didn't catch an attitude that he was stuck counting my change. Luckily his Co worker is super fast at what she does .I didn't catch her name but she obviously knows her job well. So thank you to these wonderful bank tellers!

  This is the wrong location for the bank but if you come here plan on a 30 minute wait at all times to see a teller.

  I’m trying to close an account and they send me back and forth ..I went into the Branch twice and talked to customer service and they make things so difficult ..I don’t think they know what they are doing .. so happy I’m closing this account. I opened it initially for the first time homebuyers program they HAD that they didn’t have anymore and they just horrible I will just stick with ESL forever.

  review on Jessica urburu Citizens Bank 2255 hudson ave rochester ny 14617 I went into this Branch today around noon to cash in 3 blank money orders I was told by the bank teller just sign front and back of the money orders and to show ID and she would cash them no problem I was then told to wait she needed a supervisor (Jessica Uruburu) to do an override I was then told by Jessica she needed to verify the money orders after verifying the money orders confirming that they were good checks Jessica then proceeded to tell me the money orders could not be cashed because they were not purchased at this branch and because they were not properly signed the money orders were blank when I walked in I was told by the teller to sign them I truly believe the Jessica Uruburu is racist I've done business with plenty of banks over the years with checks and money orders and have never had a problem I hope that my experience will help others make good choices when it comes to choosing which banks to do business with and also help Jessica's superiors to give her the training needed to treat everyone equal regardless of race

  Went to ATM to withdraw cash and instead of having a warning there was no cash in the machine it made you go through all the motions. Was really depressing watching a full line of cars wait, wait, wait, and drive away empty handed to have to drive to another branch. Not a great bank if you can't get your own money. If you call they'll tell you they have "lots of great features", but I think a bank's most important feature is access to my money.
