  "Founded in 1921 by five black businessmen..." No disputes department. It's a joke. They reopen your account if you have reoocuring charges. WHAT!? You have no protection and no care from this bank.

  Citizens bank as a company is easily the slimiest and overall worst organization I have ever had to deal with. I have a mortgage with them and they tried to extort money from me by inventing school tax numbers. Wasted weeks and weeks of my life trying to resolve it but they wouldn't budge. They only fixed the problem once I contacted the CFPB. Now I have wasted hours simply trying to log into my account to pay my mortgage and the site doesn't recognize any of my log in info that I have been using for over a year. Hold times are insane. I can't even pay my mortgage. With so many other options out there for banking and finance you should absolutely steer clear of this company.

  I wouldn't give this place any stars but I have too. I walked in the Branch Manager comes out, she is looking over my check and ID I gave to the teller. I am wondering why she is all in my information Im sayn to myself (who is she?)The women states her name and position and ask me my name.I was feeling a little bit pressured to talk to her. She began asking me what I'm doing in this area. (Again she was already looking at my check an ID) Yes,I am african decent but as a Bank Manager how do you ask someone what are they doing in this area as if there are no colored people in the Mechanicsburg area. I told her I live here in Mechanicsburg( approx.) 10 mins from the bank. She made me feel so uncomfortable and unwanted, I will never refer nor would I ever walk in this bank again. There was more words said,However I do not want to say everything. Just wanted to let folks know my experience in this bank. I just wanted to cash my check, not be ask questions as if I was in a different atmosphere or world,

  Worst bank ever there are closing my account for no apparent reason and won't even let me get the money out of the accounts that's in there

  Friendly service. Downtown Mechanicsburg plenty of parking in back.
