THIS BANK IS THE WORST BANK IN THE CAPITAL DISTRICT! Avoid Citizens Bank at all costs! Their customer service is awful, as well as their banking services. I have closed both my personal and business account with them because of their awful customer service and policies. THEY WILL GET YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
