  Branch manager is trash zero costumer service lack of professionalism.. I cant believe citizens bank still have him in that branch should've been fired a long time ago...I know so many people switched banks because of him as I did today after being with them for 10 years I didnt want to switch but I had to because of him . I got to give credit to the staff though they're good very polite and do appreciate and respect members.

  I sent an international wire from this branch. It took 50 min. The account on the wire paperwork was mixed up, so it didn't reach the destination. It's been two weeks and the money are still absent from my business account. Neither branch manager nor the person that sent the wire show any interest to help. One is pointing finger at another with promise to investigate and call with an update but no one does. It seems like they are taking a passive approach to let the situation resolve on its own. In my whole banking experience I never came across a situation when a wire couldn't be traced and returned back within a couple of days, not to say weeks. It sounds like everyone in the branch would benefit from customer service/banking training starting from the manager to employees.

  ATM OUTSIDE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! SO ARE THE STAFF SO RUDE Outside atm you press 7 it presses 4 it’s so unresponsive makes you really annoyed am switching banks
