  Andy is the absolutely the best! In addition to being extremely professional, he is an expert in all mortgage matters. You can count on him before, during and after the closing. We loved his attention to detail and always being there to answer questions. If you are looking for help in financing, you would be hard pressed to find better person to work with.

  Andy is a great example of a consummate professional. He combines the shrewdness and pragmatism that you'd expect from someone that excels in their field. Andy also possesses the temperament to blend the aforementioned skills with emotional intelligence and patience. Our process of closing on the house of our choice has been completely unorthodox and time consuming. Nonetheless, Andy remained composed and diligent in spite of a variety of external factors affecting the process. Now that our deal is set to be finalized in the very near future; I feel obligated to spread the word to friends, family, and via online review. Andy has proven to be "battle tested" and willing to keep moving forward in through a variety of obstacles, so long as the buyer is serious. Thank you Andy for all of your help and hard work. I look forward to closing on the house as scheduled. My family and I are extremely thankful for your efforts.

  As stressful as buying a house is, I must admit the easiest part was dealing with Andy Elder. He made our mortgage experience so easy, answered all our questions, fully explained the process and the best part is he gave us the best rate!!!   What can I say? I don't really do reviews but elder financial consultants definitely deserve one. The first time I spoke to Andy he just asked me a few questions and told me exactly what I need to do to get approved for my first home. I did what he asked and what do you know we closed in less than a month!!! My family and I weren't ready to purchase just yet but when we found the perfect home and I told Andy about it he got right on it and made sure we could close in time and made it happen like he promised. Andy and Sarah would always answer any questions I had, even on weekends and at anytime! Thanks to Andy and Sarah we don't have to pay rent anymore. Working with them was a real pleasure and a great experience, they explained the whole process and made it very clear what was going on the entire time. I always thought it would be way more complicated and stressful for a huge home purchase but Andy and Sarah couldn't have made it more simple! I enjoyed working with them and wouldn't recommend anyone else other than elder financial consultants and will definitely go with them on my next home purchase as well. Again a huge thank you to Andy and Sarah for making our dream come true!!

  Mr. Elder did not treat my husband and I as clients, he treated us as his family. He is a very hard working and dedicated individual. As first time home buyers we thought it would be hard and completely complicated (as we hear from other home buyers) but he kept reassuring us and guiding us step by step.
