  The people here are great. They are not always the most knowledgeable but they will try to help if you explain what you want. They care about their jobs. Generally it's the "regular" crowd here, and by that I mean that it seems like most customers are coming in to make deposits or withdrawals on a weekly or so basis. It is usually never busy. The location hours are not great but not horrible. You have to plan to come in when they are open but that's a typical bank so it's not unusual. The managers have always been friendly and helpful.

  I have been a customer of citizen’s bank for 32 years. After visiting this branch today, I will be closing all my accounts. The very rude teller & manager Nikki gave me wrong information & treated me with no respect. Horrible customer service. I then went to TD bank who was extremely helpful. I opened a new account there. You lost a loyal 32 year customer due to rudeness.

  I’ve been a customer for the past four years and have always been impressed with the service. The tellers are all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this bank to my friends.

  I went through a HELOC with citizens to increase my balance about 4 months ago. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. I was a fan of rates prior to this experience. IT was not a great experience. Very disappointed.

  Always greeted with a smile. Never waited in line more than a minute or two. Everyone who works there will go the extra mile for you.

  The bank manager Sean Smith went out of his way to handle a problem even though it was not through his bank. This is what I call Customer Service.
