  Latrice ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) went above and beyond. Even though drive thru and lobby were closed she still went ahead and did my deposit!!!! Because of get I will be coming here 5 miles out of my way just to make my deposits.

  Very good bank but brag about being and international Bank call The Royal Bank of Scotland that's all Rbs citizens, but won't put branches in all 50 stated or where I want to go so I had to move to boa

  Notice how all the good ratings are from years ago? The bank itself is not bad but the staff is horrible. This location is half a mile from my house but I will go all the way to the Sterling Heights location just to not have to deal with these dreadful people. And the worst part about it is the branch manager sits there and allows it.

  This branch has really bad customer services. During my transaction the teller was talking with the other teller next to her, and was giving her the phone to check something, asked for the large bill for $1000.00, she tole me She donot have it. It is a bank, we should get our preferences. If we donot get it from our bank, who should we ask for! very disappointing with everything.

  By far the worst bank I have ever had an account at, keep getting locked out of my on line account, ATM's eat my checks and my debit cards. I have a business checking account and apparently don't have access to my money when I request it lol what a joke. All they can tell me is "you have to wait till monday when the people that own the ATM come to service it ", so apparently Citizens Bank has all these ATMs but don't own f***ing one of them, or have your own service techs ?. I put my money in but can bearly get it back out ?. Thanks Citizens Bank !!! can't get gas for my lawn equipment to cut my customers lawns. I would just close out my accounts today and find a better bank but your f****** ATM has my card, thumbs up.

  I had an account with citizen and I only had the account for what not even for 4 days and the next day they suspended my account and when I called they refused to tell me why they suspended my account 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

  Coolest guys ever over at this branch. And I guess now that the branch is in a plaza everyone forgets that it exists and there is rarely a line now.
