  Very poor customer service today. I am so upset after a 40 year relationship with this bank. The man that I was seeking help from was completely unreasonable and completely incompetent. Bad reflection on this bank. It’s clear he’ll always be just a teller—no skills! I’ll be closing my account because of him next week. Wonder how many others have done the same... very sad...

  This is a new bank on Route 50, close to the Price Chopper/Dollar Tree plaza. They have a 24 hour indoor ATM. Great location. Efficient bank tellers. Overall great place to do banking.

  This bank keeps taking money from my account without any trace and I know it’s being stolen because I have everything written down in my account book, how do I handle a situation like this? I feel like there will be a big dealing in court for this, I’m almost most certain I am not the only customer with this going on!

  Citizens Bank was a consistently bad banking experience between a glitchy website, super low interest rates and bad customer service. If they were the only bank in the world I'd still refuse to deal with them.

  What is the point of having a ATM if it's going to be behind a locked door. Every other citizens I've been has them outside. Thanks for the terrible drive through crowded Saratoga streets for nothing

  I am now in hour 4 of sitting on hold trying to deal with fraud on my account, this is literally the worst customer service I have ever seen.
