  Me and a loan person called to verify my account and Julie at 30th Street Citizens Branch, was very very rude to the loan lady and myself. I've been with Citizens for 3 years now and I've never experienced the rudeness from anyone like I did Julie. Julie your job needs to be taken. She hung up on the loan person and myself. The higher up people will be getting a call about her. Thank goodness the call was recorded.

  I love this branch through and through. Experience is always amazing. It is the tellers that I love. I am so concerned that only the drive thru is open. I wonder if the same tellers will even be working by the time they do open. If the bank tellers leave so will I as a customer.

  30th St. Citizens Bank is a waste of time. It's the worst. This location is in need of some serious customer service re-training. Canton South, on S.Cleveland Ave., is so much better, and more professional, in every way.

  Never get a account here they promise you three hundred dollars to open a account. Then they don't give it to you .

  The girl hung up on me when I asked about a loan for a house. Very rude. I will do my banking elsewhere from now on.

  The branch manager Christine is so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers. She hanged up on me while I was trying to talk to her 😡
