  The branch manager Jenny C it's not helpful at all... that's unless, of course, if it's something that can benefit her like opening a new bank account but when her customers need assistance with something else... nope! Jenny is not there for you. I can count more than one occasion that I went there for help and just wasted my time. Also, their customer service in the bank it's more than mediocre. I pretty much got hanged up on every time I call. The branch is ugly and small and I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Jenny C almost made me consider changing banks completely! That's how terrible her service is. Thank you for nothing JENNY!!!

  Jenny at this branch has helped me on numerous occasions. We had some complex issues concerning a condo account. Jenny has spent the time with me to make everything work as it should.

  I usually enjoy banking with Citizens, but this branch is different from others, their customer service is really limping. I went there to deposit a Bank check onto my account. There are two ways you can do it: deposit as a regular check so it will be available next day or you can cash it and put on the account as cash, this way you will get money right away. Usually tellers do the second option or ask you if you need money right away. Not in here! She deposited it as a regular check, so I had to go back and redeposit it(thanks god I double checked for an account balance!), but also she made such a face when I asked her to re-do it. The bottom line is Citizens as a bank is not bad, however try to avoid this branch.

  I deal with this bank almost daily because of work and I've honestly never met nicer people anywhere (in or out of a bank)
