  As a first time and solo home buyer, I didn't know anything about the home-buying process. I had 10,000 questions and was nervous to be making such a large purchase. Due to COVID-19, there were also a variety of hiccups and I changed my mind 3 or 4 times throughout the home buying process. Tyler was very patient and supportive the entire time. He was detail oriented, made honest recommendations, and was very responsive over text/phone/email. On top of that, Tyler helped me score an amazing mortgage rate. I told a different mortgage broker acquaintance about the rate I got through Own Up and he literally said, "That's one of the lowest rates I've ever heard!" I highly recommend both Own Up and Tyler!

  Robert was outstanding in assisting us in the loan processing for our new home. I realize he was able to secure the best deal for us but the loan company we worked with was a nightmare. Robert did his best to work with us in dealing with the issues.

  Own up is a top-tier firm! We wanted to take advantage of the post-Covid lower interest rates. Naturally, we called two nationally known mortgage companies for rates and applied at one firm to lock-in what we thought was a good rate. I was scrolling through social media and stumbled upon Ownup. I was Immediately pulled by their business model. A tech company presenting an objective comparison of mortgages rates to help clients save. We were on board! Will was our guide through the entire process. He presented over seven beneficial options. In the end, we selected a firm that offered an amazing rate, no closing costs, no point buy down and will have us (owning up) our home well before we turn 50! At closing our notary even said. “Guys!   I randomly clicked on an add for Own Up and almost never submit my information to ads, but am very glad that I did. My rep was very helpful, informative, and patient. Got me a great refinance option that moved very swiftly and almost everything was handled digitally which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend using Own Up for a mortgage or a refinance.

  Discovering Own Up was one of the best finds in our home buying process. Our mortgage advisor Evan was helpful throughout and provided non-judgemental advice to get us what we needed to move forward with offers. Once our financing was settled, Own Up provided the best mortgage pricing - saving us a ton of research and thousands of dollars! Highly recommend OwnUp to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home.

  OwnUp/Matthew was the best part of any mortgage process I've ever had. I've purchased 3 homes in my life and I dread the mortgage process. Especially being a business owner, I'm prepared for it to suck. And this process did have its negative parts. But not because of OwnUp and Matthew Renzi. It's really a game changer to have a person that can be an ally on our side as we go through the process. I've never had that experience before and now that I know being able to do a loan like this exists, I don't see myself ever going back to contacting banks/mortgage companies directly. I think the process with the lender that was chosen could have been better, but all things considered we got what we were looking for and I'm happy about that. I've told multiple people about OwnUp already. I highly recommend these guys.

  Own Up really helped us with buying our first home in a HUGE way. We were super new to this whole process and Andrea was great at explaining us, guiding us and providing assistance along the way. They are also very clear about how they make money which as a customer goes a long way. Overall, an excellent experience 100% recommended!

  Best Decision Ever!!! Oscar Castaneda is very helpful in every step of the way. I was given a pre-approval the same day I submitted my numbers. He gave me a lot of advice on my numbers and how I can make it better, like a simple no interest creditcard that I was paying monthly is causing my credit score to go down. I paid it off that same day and my credit score went up the following week. Oscar checked on me all the time and see if I found the house I'm looking for. I thought the rates he sent me is too good to be true so I went to 2 more banks. Both has the same low rate but when I fill out the application, they gave me a rate much higher than what they published online. I called Oscar back and the same day he matched me with multiple banks and I chose MIG, Mortgage Investor Group. They worked on my mortgage application so fast that it took away a lot of my anxiety in purchasing the biggest investment of my life. David Greenberg and Dena Wright are awesome to work with! I can't believe I stumble on Own Up and end up with the best experience. I will definitely recommend them to everybody!

  I have "Nice experience" with Own up. John Thomas is a great agent i have been worked with. His response is always quick and can address all my questions. In this busy mortgage market, I feel satisfied with Own up.

  Amazing team! I worked with Jenn and she is unbelievable. Jenn made the approval and figuring out numbers process so easy. I went back and forth on my rate and she was so patient with me and allowed me to lock in a great rate!. Because of Own up reputation and quite frankly, also because of Jenn's being a superstar, I was able to secure the offer (the buy recognize the name and trusted them). I did shop around and I am so glad I stayed with Own up! Use Own up, it's so easy!!!
