Steven Francisco was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He helped me open my student banking account from beginning to end. He helped from creating my account to even making sure my deposit worked at the ATM machine. I would 100% recommend his service!

Terrible Experience! Worst Bank Manager- Elizabeth Lewis. Dealing with this branch has been a Terrible experience. By far the worst experience I have had. None of the staff give consistent answers and put you on endless hold and no returns to call as promised. The worst offender is the bank manager, Elizabeth Lewis who manipulate customers into opening the account and then basically lies to them and not do anything as was promised. Stay away from this bank! I am taking my business elsewhere.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE AND I WILL BE SWITCHING BANKS!! I received my federal taxes and I needed to take a decent amount out to pay car payments. Obviously, an ATM will not let you take out $4,000 so I went to a branch on my way home from visiting my brother. Now, I live in New Hampshire and my brother lives in Massachusetts but I do visit him often or my other family members in Massachusetts so I have used my card many times, for multiple different purchases and withdrawals in both states without any red flags coming up. Well, I made the HUGE mistake of stopping at this lovely branch. I walked in and presented both my license and my bank card and told the teller I needed to withdraw $4,000 out of my account. Well, somehow the manager, Elizabeth, got involved. Told her the same thing. All of a sudden, the computers are running slow and Elizabeth keeps going back into the office and coming back out. After waiting 5 minutes, in comes 2 police officers and Elizabeth runs out to talk to them. After talking to her, they come up to me and ask me if I know why they are there. Uhh, no, I do not. Apparently, Elizabeth called the cops and told them I was committing fraud on an account that doesn’t exist. There ended up being 4 cops inside, detaining me and 3 cops outside, surrounding my boyfriend’s car. About 15 minutes after the cops show up, 2 detectives show up. I waited over an hour for a detective to pull one of my utility bills to match up my phone number to be able to identify me because my license wasn’t enough to identify me. This seems like I’m not the first one to experience a bad situation with Elizabeth and I hope people think twice about coming to this branch until she is replaced.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have used many banks over the years, and this is by far the worst! The computers are always down which is aggravating. But the worst experience I had was when my money was deposited into someone else's account. Their computers were down again (of course), so I did not discover the mistake until the next day. When I called to try to resolve this, I was SHOCKED at how poorly this was handled. This was their mistake, but no one wanted to help me make this right. I had tried reaching out to the branch itself (the Andover, MA branch) and I spoke directly to the teller that took my deposit. I believe her name was Liz, and I am not sure if she is a manager, teller, or what. She was the rudest, nastiest person I have dealt with. She was so unsympathetic and didn't care that she messed up big time. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she refused to give me his information and I was instead told to "call the 1800 number". I am so disappointed in how this was handled, and it is still not resolved. Thankfully I saved the receipt from my deposit, I am not sure what would have happened if I didn't. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled was so poor. I will be closing out my account as soon as this is resolved, and hopefully I can find another bank with better customer service.
