  Sam was amazing to work with and made financing my first home so easy! I was originally going to use a credit union, but they were slow and their interface was horrendous. I was so happy when my realtor introduced me to Sam. She was very responsive and great about keeping me informed through the whole process. I would recommend her and Total Mortgage to anyone!

  As first time buyers, we were blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism Zach Mourad displayed throughout the entire home buying process. Zach made sure that we were well-informed and comfortable with each and every step while also working alongside our Real Estate Agent to ensure a quick and easy close. Our Real Estate Agent also gave Zach a glowing review, remarking that he was a delight to work with and that she rarely works with a Lender who is so "on top of his game". We will be recommending that all of our friends and family go to Zach and Total Mortgage for their mortgage needs!

  I do not recommend anyone use this company for a mortgage. I asked if we could get this done quickly and they thought they could, but set the closing for a month out saying it wouldn’t take that long. They are super disorganized. They send me request for more paperwork and statements every few days, we thought we were ready to close and THEN they realized that the loan required the water to be tested. I asked if they were familiar with the USDA rural development mortgages and they said yes. When I finally got the water test, it was another 2 weeks before I was actually approved and could close. In that time they sent me a loan application for another customer with all her personal information, including social security number. Then they sold the mortgage to be serviced by another company and failed to notify me. I got notification from the new company and asked TM if their claim was legitimate or if is was a scam. And they said yes, it was a good email, and I was expected to pay them directly the April 1st payment (AND the new company was expected to be paid April 1st too). Then they sent me notification saying that they transferred the mortgage and they had to legally notify me 15 days prior to the effective date (which they didn’t do). DO NOT GO HERE!!! Find a credit union.
