  I can’t get into the app still and I have changed my password a couple times already and now I can’t get onto the website because both browsers I used thinks that the one i clicked on is an imposter site so I can’t get into the account that way anymore either. I don’t know what the hell is going on but I wish I could switch now but my dad co-signed for me and I’m not 18 yet.

We ask that you try and reset your password again, by clicking on Help>Forgot or Reset Password>Submit>Account Number>Account Type>Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number>Zip Code>Verify. Once you have completed that process you will be asked to reset your password with the following criteria; 8 characters or more, including 1 upper case letter, 1 number and 1 special character.   So I am not a member of this bank it’s a bank that is in town well they won’t exchange a $20 for $20 in quarters! Never have I ever heard of any bank doing this before that’s just rude that’s not going to make anyone want to be a member
