      What happened to the ATMs here? It's Saturday and this is the closest branch to where I work. Couldn't get in and I didn't see any ATMs.

      It’s a lunch time. Only one teller is working. The line is not moving at all, I mean at all. About 10 other people are sitting at their desks looking in their monitors doing nothing. This bank needs more tellers!

      The place just a block away from where i work. Came here to downgrade my account to simple checking. It was pretty empty in the early morning. Although staffs were very helpful, they couldn't figure out how to downgrade it. eventually had to call help support, and told me have to wait 24 hours. and will inform me how the process goes via email/phone. However, never received a response. I even emailed them.. but never got the response. Eventually, i had to reach to citibank main helpline, and ask them to downgrade it. Yes, they are helpful but not very knowledgeable.
