Especially Chris is the most friendly with hearty laughter . I am Citibank customer since 1994, open my account in Brooklyn then moved to North Babylon . I saw some not caring type employee as well as some friendly one too, but when I see Chris being called ' Shady' is shocking. I know Chris for more then ten years and found him friendly to all races and gender.

I went with my boyfriend to solve an issue with my account and they weren’t helpful at all , there’s this one lady her last name is dyakme or something like that . She was so rude and racist . Didn’t want to accept my boyfriends id told him to get a legal is when it was ! Lord never again am i going there
