  Greeted immediately after walking through the door by Dionne who helped me with my transaction since I didn’t have my debit card with me. She also helped my kids with snacks that was available. Very kind, pleasant, professional and quick encounter. Extremely satisfied with the experience overall.

  i was hoping to follow up my initial review with something more positive however i just found out the Citadel withdrew a payment from my personal savings for a loan that is paid off. What is going on?? just had the unfortunate task of trying to contact Citadel on the phone regarding the status of an account. after a 20 minute wait to speak to a real person, I got a customer service rep that was totally clueless. all i was looking for was a confirmation that an account was closed. i guess i will need to visit a branch. very disappointing experience

  Citadel is more than a bank, I've banked with many places. They always give a warm welcome and go above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns are taken care of. If you are looking for a place to bank locally they are on the top of the list for me. If you have questions stop in I can assure you that they will provide superior service.

  If you were looking for a bank or a credit union I highly suggest going to Citadel Credit Union. This location is been excellent to me over the years. They've got an excellent money deposit system and a great change counting machine as well. You'll find the people that work here to be exceptionally personable as well.

  Just waited on hold for over an hour to get hung up on TWICE .. I just wanted to ask about my loan. Why Is it this difficult to communicate with your company :(

  No longer have tellers. Has a glorified ATM inside. Will not be going back.

  I love that you can make cash deposits through the ATM at anytime. Its sooooo...convient
