  I've been banking with them for years. And my dad years before me. The team is helpful and professional. Always had a family feel to it. Stinks there's only one branch and the hours are not as flexible as others which is why I have a second account. Otherwise I appreciate all they have done for the family.

  Have been a member for 20+years n I have never had any issues with my account! They all r very helpful ,polite,ND pleasant when u call😊 I've dealt with several banks bfore finding Citadel, none compare AT ALL

  I've had a mixed experience here. Most of the tellers are super nice. One manager in particular was not very helpful when I had a reoccurring problem depositing large checks. Will be switching banks because they can't meet my business needs.

  No tellers. Everything is electronic. And only 2 machines. So now we have to do the tellers job to. What was the point of even putting this branch in. Harable. Staff included.

  Never seen a bank that was so nosey most be a culture that I know cause they so nosey in this credit union

  I will never use this firm again. They charged me $10,000 to purchase insurance because they felt our deductible was too high. Yet they accepted our insurance at the time we bought the vehicle and during our 2016 insurance renewal.

  The atm is down and you cant go in right now. This branch charges for things other branches do not,this place is so unhelpful.
