  I have been utilizing Nick for over 10 years for all my mortgage needs. Every time I have used him he has always returned my calls, worked through any and all of the situations that have popped up and we have closed on time or earlier that our original closing date. Even on nights and weekends, he has been there is I had a question. In addition, he always looks at all the options that are available and goes through them just to make sure I am aware so I can make the best decision. I even stopped shopping around for rates as he always has the best deal with all things considered. Other lenders promise great rates, but then all the little nickel and dime fees start showing up. I have recommended him to my family and many of them have utilized him with the same degree of outstanding service and personal touch.   I called Nick (because of a referral from someone), then left a message. He called back while I was busy. So later, I tried to call him again, and left another message, no replies this time. A few days went by, I tried calling the second time... and no, still nothing, so I will never deal with them again! That’s just my personal experience, if it’s helpful for the future clients at all.
