  The change from staff to "smart" ATMs makes me want to stop being a Citadel customer. I've been one since 2004 and had been a happy one until now. I even lived in Florida and kept Citadel. The new "smart" ATMs have been unable to deposit a check (printed, a paycheck) and another was deposited by the "smart" ATM for less than the value printed on the check (also a paycheck). Hey- maybe you too can be a customer at a bank that used to care but doesn't anymore. RUN FROM THIS BANK.

  Pros: • Great app, so I can do almost everything I need to do from home. • Friendly, helpful staff. I always feel welcome here. Cons • A while ago, they removed the vestibule ATM, so now the only onsite ATMs are inside the building or in the drive-thru line. This was ok pre-Covid because I could run inside to use the ATM, but every time I've gone recently, the lobby's been closed during business hours so I have to either sit in line in the drive-thru or leave and go to Wawa. It would be so much easier to also have an ATM in the vestibule.

  I moved to this bank because I appreciated the customer service that I no longer got from my previous institution. I have been here less them 15 months, and I couldn't be more disappointed in the most recent changes to the Kimberton branch. You have turned the building into a glorified ATM. The customer service I joined for, in my opinion is a thing of the past. I feel its was a poor decision on the part of your upper management to make this change.

  I have been a Citadel customer for over a decade, even chose to finance the purchase of my house threw them! I was in the bank daily for business, i knew every teller and manager by name and even had some good relationships with them. I felt safe, with a bank...it was great! I have now had my Mortgage for 8 years, i have never missed a payment! Like must people the Covid-19 virus took everything from me! I am working with Citadel to continue to keep up my mortgage statements. I talked to a customer service representative on may 15th, offering me an assistances program. I had many questions as i think one has every right to have when considering any financial decision. 15 days later no call back, i reach out and receive a nasty phone call. I was spoken to as if i was Trash, being talked to and given nothing but disrespect! When i asked to speak to a manager i was hung up on. I was later contacted by another representative who spoke to me by saying things like “obviously I'm on the phone with you” and “take it or leave it”...Im sorry, i am the customer, and that is an absolutely no way to speak to a loyal over ten year customer. I have personally and professionally banked with Citadel specifically Jeff the bank manager in Brookhaven who wont even bother to take my phone calls let alone address my questions or concerns! Not the bank i want protecting my assets!

  You may have not experienced banking with people who know you and who go the extra mile - at Citadel it’s the defacto standard. Citadel is a neighborhood bank you will feel comfortable doing business with.
