jim lang1Don't waste your time here. Awful, rude service like we used to receive at MVD in Bullhead. I wish I could be more positive, but really can't. When the 7 business day hold is lifted on my deposit I'm through. It's a shame, after enjoying stellar service with their predecessors since it was Laughlin Nation Bank in the 1980's.

David Chin [Laughlin HS]2I opened a commercial account at this bank and could not get on-line access to this account. The banker who opened this account contacted me to tell me that the bank had somehow issued the wrong account number. Since opening an account was done electronically, I don't understand how this even happened. I was asked to come in to get the proper account number. I did so. After returning home I found that I still could not get on-line access to this account. Since my password didn't seem to be working, I clicked on "forgot my password." The system then gave me the last four digits of two different phone numbers that it claimed was associated with my account. I didn't recognize either of these numbers. I sent the banker who had opened this account an email and asked if I needed to make another appointment or if I could just come in. 24 hours have passed without the courtesy of a reply. I then tried calling the bank during their work hours but my call went to voice mail because nobody picked up the phone. I thought I would support the local economy by opening an account at this bank but without on-line access to this account, the account is of no use to me. Unless things change drastically for the better in the very near future, I plan to close this account and to open an account at another bank.

Loi Yok2We have been with Mutual of Omaha for 7 years, very good communication, personal, friendly, that has changed now they are CIT bank I called them a couple of weeks ago, needed a routing number for my escrow check to be wired to our account. Very rude person over the phone, condescending, I made the mistake of calling them CITI bank... I could almost see her nose in the air when she corrected me. I racked it up to the change of name etc. I have been stuck in California for medical reasons. Today is the first day I could physically get to the bank. I was there prior to their 10 am opening time. I didn’t know you needed an appointment to go in, that info should be posted where their hours are on google and on their website. Again, a rude employee came out to “help me” it’s getting close to 100 degrees outside. She asked if I had an appointment, no, didn’t know I needed one to get into the bank which has my money. I gave her a brief outline of what I needed, she said she would call me-and that her 10 o’clock appointment was waiting behind me. I told her “here, let me give you my name & phone #”... how would she have contacted me if I hadn’t? Once the dust settles I’ll probably switch banks. Loi

Meagan Cearfoss1DO NOT USE THIS BANK Been with them almost a year and am closing my account asap. Bank charges dont post even on the weekdays. Account balance doesnt post correctly. Charges fail at gas stations even when you have the amount available. Bank is not available to call for balance even tho the online option is inaccurate. Bank has no contact for weekends so if your account isnt posted you better just guess. Just get an account somewhere else because this place isnt worth your time.

D Blurton5They've been my bank for a long time, I even moved to California and still made it work, 8 yrs so far. Only did this because of the personal customer service they give, call them directly and get help, wow what a concept. Awesome hometown bank! BTW remember when the library and Videotyme were in those stores, lol. Terry from videotyme, lol, such a cool time to grow up in Laughlin.
