  Cindy Fox Miller runs an exceptional real estate firm. I worked with Analeisa Lantham to list and sell my parent’s home during the pandemic. Our business relationship extended over a long period of time and distance as I live in Kentucky. Prior to the actual listing, Analeisa helped me on several occasions when both parent’s health declined and I needed repair services. The home turned into an estate and after the sale, the staff has forwarded important estate documents missed in forwarding by the postal service. I can honestly say that I received the best service before, during and after this small sale than any other real estate transaction I’ve ever made.

  Buying a home this day and time is crazy, so when I started the process I never realized I would also gain a family. When you need a team supporting you and guiding you this is the group you want. It don’t matter what day it is or what time it is they are all working for you. Dylan Lopper spent endless hours meeting me at house after house. Always with a smile and encouragement. When I first meet him I remember him saying I’m going to find you a house. I loved that attitude and followed his lead the rest of the way.   Analeisa, Sam and the CFM team were SO professional, transparent and went above and beyond my expectations! I was selling an out of state home and the team made the process so smooth and simple for me. With the housing market being so hot for seller's I have heard horror stories about a lack of customer service (about other real estate groups) just trying to get the easy sale. This was not the case for Analeisa and Sam - they treated me with respect and delivered such a level of service I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. CFM rocks! Don't ever change.

  We absolutely loved working with Analeisa Latham and her team, with the primary contact being Sam Brewster. We selected Analeisa after doing a little research on the top sellers in our area and she delivered in full. The guidance we received on the remaining work to be done in order to get the house listed for sale was presented in a respectful and constructive way and her listing price proposal was spot on. Listing price was little over our expectation and she still sold it for about 10K more. Analeisa and Sam stayed close to the process also after the buyers offer had been accepted by us, they ensured any obstacle was removed and we consequently stayed on track for the desired closing date.   We listed our home for sale with this firm, and were thrilled by the service they provided. From the very outset they devoted tremendously competent, high level staff to our home. The pre-sale advice about what to fix, what to do for the best photographs, pricing, and much more was spot on and handled with such great professionalism! Once the pictures were made, we recognized again the great advice we were getting from these folks. Our home sold, after the COVID-19 issues were well along, in a three week period! We were amazed!! From earliest meetings all the way to closing we stayed highly satisfied with their entire staff and the treatment our home received from all of them.
