  We had a fantastic experience with Hedley and her team. As first-time homebuyers, we weren't exactly sure where to start and we were referred to Churchill Mortgage. Hedley immediately made us feel at ease and it became clear that her knowledge and experience would be invaluable. Hedley was professional, prompt, and reliable and we were grateful for her honest guidance and advice.   Aaron Callahan was amazing to work with. This is a crazy time and one large benefit of a stressed economy- is the lowering of interest rates to motivate purchases and refinancing. We saw this opportunity- and heard from a family friend that they had used Aaron, so we called him up! He was able to get us approved in a few short days and then explain our options. We dialogued over locks and rates- and moved forward. He was very efficient with texts, calls, and emails and always had us moving on our end and moving on his end to solidify the package. He delivered on time and we met our rate lock expiration date by 9-10 days ahead! We love the Dave Ramsey lifestyle and found out that Churchill was Dave Ramsey suggested. Aaron was a great representative and helped us along swiftly! The Churchill App was very helpful for mobile scanning and uploading of documents, and also for showing our completion of items needed. So helpful! It’s a great time to buy or refinance- and Aaron is the most efficient loan broker we have used. We highly recommend him and his services!

  We worked with Joel throughout our home buying process as first-time buyers and he was great! So friendly and communicative, and worked with us to make sure we had all the information we needed to make smart decisions. He also wanted to make sure we got a good interest rate, which we did! While we had a few snags in the road towards the end, everything worked out great and we worked through it as a team. Joel truly is an excellent representative of Churchill that I would personally recommend.

  Now this wasn’t my first rodeo but the housing market in Bend made it feel like I was riding a bull backwards. They say if you surround yourself with great people, you too will become great. I have to say I had one of the best teams in Bend helping me to find my dream forever home. I was referred to Hedley Williams at the Churchill Mortgage group. Referrals mean the world to me and I take them to heart. I was so thankful to be referred to Hedley, when I first met her I felt comfortable and confident. Home buying can be terrifying, but she listened to everything I had to say and was always available to answer my questions. I don’t think I waited more than at max an hour when I emailed with questions or when we asked for pre-approvals. It was great to get the pre-approval so quickly so I could see exactly how the costs would break down. I want to keep this referral train running! Communication and Comprehension are key and she is a master of both. Hedley Williams from Churchill Mortgage and her team are the best in town!

  Full disclosure there was something missed that ended up needing to be settled outside of closing. But not the entirety of fault lied with the lender. Everything except that was absolute care and patience with our wants and desires. Very professional and thorough. So grateful for everything from churchill. Our loan was a no score loan, underwriter did a great job too!
