  I feel truly grateful that I was connected with Kevin Burras (who works with Debbie Schmidt) at Churchill Mortgage. When I began the journey of looking for a home, I had no idea what to expect because it was my first time purchasing a house. Kevin took the time to set my expectations and answer all my questions. I don't have anything to compare my experience to, but I have to say that I feel blessed at the service Kevin provided. I cannot imagine anyone using any other provider.   Churchill Mortage, Stephen R, and Albert have literally cost us thousands of dollars. We've been trying to refinance since October of 2021. Stephen and Albert claim they've been in this business for over 20 years. Btw I find that very difficult to believe. Over these pass months interest and house have gone up. If you decide to use them. I strongly reccomend not to use Albert. He's a liar and do not trust him at all.

  Communication was wonderful. Wealth of information, knowledge, and advice to share and was greatly appreciated. Went above and beyond to ensure we received the best rates and kept our budget in mind. Even let us know that our insurance quote looked a little high (which it was by $400). Loved the spreadsheets that compared our options. This was our first home/loan purchase and we couldn't be more pleased. Thanks again, Kevin Burrus!

  Andrew and his team were a godsend to me as I was purchasing my first home! I had switched to working with Churchill and compared to other mortgage lenders, they were a breath of fresh air. I felt welcomed, and in good hands from the first phone conversation, to the in-office consult, to the approval of my loan and rate- lock. My primary contact, Todd, was incredible to work with also.   Eric worked with me for several weeks getting my loan approved. I had very unique circumstances and Churchill was able to get me a loan. No other company would even look at me even though my credit was good due to employment history because of medical issues. I highly recommend Eric Smith for his expertise and hard work getting me approved. The whole Churchill team was understanding of my position.This loan kept me from being forced to sell my home and other assets and I am grateful to them.

  We will definitely recommend Kevin Burrus to anyone we know looking for a house to purchase or refinance! Overall process was very simple, just gathering paperwork and waiting for things to transition which seemed to take no time at all.
