  Just bought our first house. Chuck was our mortgage banker. Originally, very responsive and impressive. In the end, last minute documents he failed to double check were signed, falsely reassured us on signing incorrect papers, and then would not answer our phone call when we needed help on closing day. He walked away with 4 grand. If he wanted to do the right thing, he would give it back to us for his negligence and for misleading. Do not recommend at all!!!
