  When I first bought my house, I was blown away with all of the documents and forms needed to prove that I was qualified. A couple of years down the road and it was time to refinance. MaryAnn and her team made this process one of the easiest things that I have ever done. When I had questions and worries over the process, MaryAnn was only a phone call and/or text message away to answer my questions and ease my worries.   Started the mortgage process with Mary Ann and her assistant Meredith. After a month or two they said they were working on my mortgage and they would be back in touch. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t heard a word. I’m guessing the loan didn’t go through but I don’t know for sure since every one here ghosted us. Either way, they could’ve at least emailed us telling us what was going on. Next time we will be going elsewhere.
