  I called Trying to find out cost of tagging an old truck historic and cost of switching title over. Very coldly told I have to bring information and go to them. I'm trying to get an idea of how much I have to get together. Felt like spider trap once in your stuck with them no matter how overpriced it might feel. I think that's a horrible way to conduct business. Especially in today's economy. Not everyone has free money

  Showed absolutely no compassion or respect to me when I went in to turn off my dad's and step moms car and truck insurance off and return their tags when I told them they had just both died within 24 hours of each other three days prior . My Dad was loyal with this company for over 18 years . The man wouldnt even help me by taking my address when I tried to give it to them so I can pay my dads bill. Not to mention speak to me at all on my dads home owners Insurance , which was coming up be both renewed and paid for, even though my dads house is now mine. Clearly he didn't understand that I now choose who will hold the home owners Insurance now which definitely won't be him. Christopher insurance has, by far, the very worse customer service . The two people working there lack any people skills, are borderline disrespectful, and have no clue to the fact its the customers who can either keep them in business or put them out of business especially in a small town.

  I had the best experience with this company. everyone is very friendly and professional. title, tags and insurance only took a few minutes. highly recommended rather than dealing with the MVA

  I came here to get a title and tag for a new trailer in November. It is now the middle of February and still don't have my title. I have been told 4 weeks 6 weeks 8 weeks and now asked if I want the number to the Glen Burnie mva. Um no I just want my title. Then they offer to get a duplicate at a cost of 55$. No thanks. I've learned my lesson never paying 500+ for the easy way out again. Update we are now in June and still no title. And the rumors I have heard just telling people I went to the tag and title in federalsburg I'm surprised these people haven't titled it in their name and tried to claim my property as theirs.

  Mr. Porter, I only offered the number to Glen Burnie to try and bypass paying for a new title. Our system here unfortunately doesn't offer that and I didn't want you to have pay for a new one. It is out of my control what the post office does. I tracked your title showing it was mailed from Glen Burnie on the 10th and I confirmed that it was sent to the correct address. Outside of these things, there is nothing else I can do which is why I offered the number to Glen Burnie hoping they could be of more assistance to you. No matter what MVA office you visit all titles are mailed from Glen Burnie so this could have happened no matter where you got your work processed.

  Dont turn in tour tags here they never turned them in and months later still getting Bill's from mva for tags. Oh and this is to your commitment I just received a letter from mva about having to apply for new stickers for those tags you sent in I will never get a small refund of the old stickers but rest assured when I get a fine in the mail for not turning them in I will be suing you and will get what is owed to me . And the proof you sent me was so I could get new tags for a car I recently purchased that did not fix you all not turning in tags. As for poor and inaccurate reviews I am just sharing the facts.

  Mr. Saunders, we are sorry you seem unhappy with us, however we DID in fact turn your tags in as requested. We gave you a receipt at that time and when you called in on the 8th we informed you that we were sorry to hear this and we would resend you the proof needed since you were at the Easton MVA. We emailed it to you right away and since we did not hear anything else from you we assumed you had it taken care of in Easton. If there is anything else we can do please instead of writing poor and inaccurate reviews just call our office and we will be happy to help.

  They're friendly and very helpful I drove an hour just to deal with them they take the time to explain stuff to you if you don't understand it so much better than going to the MVA

  The ladies at the front desk are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Very fast and never any issues with the ladies in there. Will always get my tags and titles from them.
