  Chris is always great to work with. He just worked with us to refinance our mortgage and it was an easy process, quick close, and we are saving a lot of money.   Chris was extremely helpful, and his team did a great job making things simple. I had to stop a previous attempt at refinancing with my existing lender because they had a team that did not communicate with each other, so were asking for the same documents repeatedly and no one seemed to have any answers if they responded at all. It was great working with Chris - just wish I had started with him from the beginning.

  I checked the reviews before making my decision on what company to go with to refinance our home. I was impressed with all the positive feedback, so I decided to email and ask some questions. Chris Waymire responded answering my questions and guided me as to where to go to apply, also mentioned that they try to close in 30 days, which I had never heard of. He and his assistant and team were very helpful and stayed in contact throughout the process. All was done online. Was the smoothest, easiest process I’ve ever experienced. Took a little longer due to some lack of information, when I couldn’t find what was needed, the team took over and got it, which helped us so much. Never stressed, they are the nicest, easiest personnel to work with.

  We tried to use him because he had all 5 star reviews. Their fees weren't too much different then anyone else so we went ahead and got the process started. After about 3 days he came back with an insanely high DTI, like 60 percent. I thought was very strange as we just bought a rental house in August and our DTI was very low. So I asked another leander to check into this and they came back with what was more correct at less then 10 percent. No idea where he got the number from and he never verified with us what he was looking at for us to correct him and fix the issue before just telling us no. We just went with the lender that communicated openly, asked questions and clearly verified everything. Dont get discouraged if you don't get the correct answer from this company/person always get a second opinion.

  Chris helped me with my house refinance. I got several quotes and he provided the best rate. The service was very smooth and quick. Everything is clear and efficient. I made property tax and HOA payments close the the final closing day. The team reacted quickly to adjust the disclosure amount so the closing was signed as planned. Thank you for the great job!

  Chris was able to close in less than 30 days and give me an excellent rate. My brother also used Chris to do a refinance. He shopped his loan around with a bunch of companies and no one could beat Chris on rates and fees.
