  We closed on our 1st house last month. Chris and her team were AMAZING! She worked diligently to make sure our needs were met. The customer service is A+, which is so difficult to find now days. She walked us through the entire process and explained everything. We knew zilch about purchasing a home, but she made the process painless. Her communication is great... we didn't have to chase her down or wait days for responses to questions. She remained honest and transparent with us, allowing us to make informed decisions on our loan. She lives on the other side of the state and came to our closing on a Friday at 11 a.m.! She brought us the sweetest, most thoughtful gift and let us know that if we have any questions we can reach out. She is definitely called to do this job. We HIGHLY recommend her and will most definitely use her services again in the future!

  5 stars is not enough stars to give this woman. She is a star herself! Chris is caring, knowledgeable, dedicated, and a beautiful person inside and out. She has helped my husband and I tremendously during our transaction. I will be forever thankful! During the time Chris worked with us, I really got to know her personally and she is truly is unlike anyone I've ever known. She will treat you like family and friend and go above and beyond, fighting for what is right! I can honestly go on and on.   If I could give Chris 6 stars I would. A friend connected me to Chris when I mentioned I was thinking about refinancing my home loan. A few lenders were trying to get my business, and I started the process with my previous lender thinking it would be easier. Chris took the time to explain that she could save me more money, then patiently guided me through the process. She gets the extra stars because my previous lender didn't make leaving them an easy task. They made us jump through all kinds of hoops, but Chris provided the highest level service to help us out. I can't say enough good things about my experience with her!!!!

  I have been working hand in hand with Chris for about a year and I just can't say enough about her. She is a genuine, kind, emphatic woman with an unmatched drive to be there for others. She is always there when I need help with something for a client and she has never let me down. There aren't enough stars to give this woman the rating she deserves.   I could not have purchased my home without Chris! Being a single parent I had no idea where to start or what I could even look at trying to buy. Chris told me point blank what the deal was (divorces can be hell on your credit report) and what had to be done to get to a position to purchase a home for me and my children. Even when at first I was not able to buy, she kept up with me, FOR A YEAR!, until I was able to finally qualify for a VA mortgage. Relentlessly motivating, she is not only working for you but is also your loudest and strongest cheerleader. I recommend her to everyone, I want others to experience what having Chris as your ‘mortgage lady’ is like! 5 stars because they’re not letting me give 10.

  I cannot thank Chris enough for the wonderful experience on our VA IRRL. She was fantastic to work with and made the process so simple and easy. If you ever need help with a refinance...you need to call her ASAP! Hands down one of the best to work with!
